The workshop addresses key questions regarding identity - How does career identity grow and develop? How does it impact on career progress? How do we help young people in the process of growing their identity answer the key decision-making questions: what would I like doing? what kind of person am I? where do I fit? This workshop provides useful identity theory, tools that promote identity awareness, case studies and practical conversational processes.
Develop your craft and skills with simple but powerful tools that help your students/clients know themselves better. Learn ways to get their inner information more clearly, and assist them with lifelong skills of self awareness.
